Virgin Mobile is part of Play, which means our customers can enjoy the same services as Play customers, such as Play coverage, 5G internet, and the Play24 app.

You can manage your account and services offered by Virgin Mobile in the Play24 app. Just add your Virgin Mobile number to the app.

At the stores of our partners, such as Żabka, at the post office, in Ruch, Kolporter, Inmedio, and Relay stores.
Remember that you can activate any package on any SIM card, regardless of the promotion you see on the Virgin Mobile starter.

Visit a Play store - our employee will help you fill out the application, and… that's it. We will handle the formalities and keep you informed via SMS about the status of your number transfer.

You can only have one recurring package active at a time. You can activate one-time additional packages as many times as you want.

You can top up your account in the Play24 mobile app or through the website doladowania.virginmobile.pl. Additionally, in Play24, you can quickly set up automatic top-ups, e.g. on a fixed day of the month, when the account expires or the day before the package renewal. You can find more information about automatic top-ups here. You can also purchase top-ups at physical stores, such as grocery stores, kiosks, or at the post office.

After activating your number, the account is valid for 30 days for outgoing calls and an additional 60 days for incoming calls. With each top-up of at least 5 PLN, the account validity is extended by 365 days for outgoing calls and an additional 60 days for incoming calls.

If you run out of GB from your package while in Poland, you can still use the internet, but at a lower speed (without additional costs). You can also purchase an additional GB package.

Data roaming is billed as part of the GB limit available in your plan in the EU. If you use up the GB limit available in your plan in the EU, we will send you a text message informing you about the charge for further data transmission. You can also purchase one of the additional GB packages for roaming in the EU.
When you use your GB limit while roaming, you are using GB from your overall internet allowance in your plan.

It is best to purchase one of the additional GB packages for roaming worldwide. Once you have used up the data from the package, data transmission will be blocked and you are guaranteed not to incur any additional costs. If you want to continue using the Internet, you can:

• Activate another Internet package
• or use it according to the price list for your Offer.
